for Crafty Cajun Studios Command Center

Effective Date: September 11, 2026 Last Updated: September 11, 2026

Crafty Cajun Studios respects your privacy and is committed to handling information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how Crafty Cajun Studios Command Center ("Command Center," "the application," "we," "us," or "our") accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when connecting to services such as Pinterest and Etsy.

Crafty Cajun Studios Command Center is primarily a locally installed desktop application used by Crafty Cajun Studios to manage ecommerce listings, marketing content, Pinterest Pins, scheduling, and related shop operations.

1. Information the Application May Access

Depending on which integrations and features are enabled, the application may access or process the following information.

Pinterest Information

When a Pinterest account is connected, the application may access information authorized through Pinterest's OAuth system, including:

  • Pinterest account information necessary to identify the connected account.
  • Pinterest boards associated with the authorized account.
  • Pins associated with the authorized account.
  • Pin IDs and publishing information.
  • Pin performance information, such as:
    • Impressions.
    • Saves.
    • Outbound clicks.
  • Information required to create and publish Pins.
  • Access and refresh tokens required to maintain the Pinterest connection.

The application does not request or store the user's Pinterest password.

Pinterest access is limited to permissions explicitly authorized by the user through Pinterest.

Etsy Information

When connected to Etsy, the application may access information necessary to manage and promote the user's Etsy shop, including:

  • Listing titles.
  • Listing descriptions.
  • Listing images.
  • Tags and keywords.
  • Shop sections.
  • Listing IDs.
  • Listing status.
  • Listing URLs.
  • Views and available sales information.
  • Other shop or listing information made available through authorized Etsy services.

This information may be used to prepare Pinterest content, analyze listings, organize products, and support other shop-management features.

Content Created Within the Application

The application may store information created by the user, including:

  • Pinterest Pin titles.
  • Pin descriptions.
  • Headlines.
  • Alt text.
  • Product labels.
  • Selected product images.
  • Design settings.
  • Fonts and styling preferences.
  • Scheduled publishing times.
  • Board assignments.
  • Branding preferences.
  • Saved templates and presets.
  • Publishing history.
  • Performance information.
  • User-created or uploaded logos and supporting assets.

2. How Information Is Used

Information accessed by the application is used only to provide the application's functionality. This may include:

  • Synchronizing Etsy listings.
  • Selecting products for promotion.
  • Creating Pinterest-ready images.
  • Generating or editing Pinterest copy.
  • Displaying available Pinterest boards.
  • Allowing the user to select a destination board.
  • Scheduling Pins.
  • Publishing user-approved Pins.
  • Tracking Pins previously published by the application.
  • Retrieving Pinterest performance metrics.
  • Comparing Pin and design performance.
  • Managing marketing workflows.
  • Preventing accidental duplicate publication.
  • Maintaining publishing history.
  • Creating backups of application data.

The application does not automatically publish Pinterest content merely because content has been generated.

Automated features may recommend products or prepare draft Pins, but Pins must be reviewed and approved before they can be scheduled or published.

3. Pinterest Publishing

Crafty Cajun Studios Command Center includes Pin creation and scheduling functionality. The application may assist with:

  • Choosing Etsy listings for promotion.
  • Generating draft Pins.
  • Preparing text and graphics.
  • Suggesting posting times.
  • Organizing a publishing queue.

These actions do not, by themselves, publish content to Pinterest.

The user maintains control over the content being published and must review and approve Pins before publication.

The application may then use the Pinterest API to publish approved Pins at the selected or scheduled time.

4. Artificial Intelligence Features

Certain features of the application may use third-party artificial intelligence services when configured by the user. AI-assisted features may be used to:

  • Generate Pinterest titles.
  • Generate descriptions.
  • Generate headlines.
  • Generate product labels.
  • Generate alt text.
  • Analyze product images.
  • Determine general design or product themes.

Depending on the feature being used, information submitted to an AI provider may include:

  • Etsy listing titles.
  • Listing descriptions.
  • Listing tags.
  • Shop sections.
  • Selected product images.
  • Product-related keywords.
  • User writing preferences.

Pinterest account credentials are not intentionally sent to AI providers for content generation.

Pinterest board names and Pinterest performance statistics are not used as AI writing context by the Command Center's current Pinterest copy-generation workflow.

Use of an AI provider may also be subject to that provider's own privacy policy and terms.

5. Local Data Storage

Crafty Cajun Studios Command Center is primarily a local desktop application.

Application data may be stored on the computer where the application is installed rather than on a Crafty Cajun Studios-operated cloud server. Locally stored information may include:

  • Application settings.
  • Etsy listing information.
  • Pinterest campaign information.
  • Pin drafts.
  • Publishing history.
  • Performance data.
  • Scheduled Pins.
  • Images.
  • Templates.
  • Fonts.
  • Logos.
  • Integration settings.
  • Authentication credentials.

Authentication credentials and other sensitive integration information are stored using protected or encrypted storage mechanisms where implemented by the application.

Backups created by the application may also contain application data and encrypted credentials.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their computer and any backups they create.

6. Pinterest OAuth and Authentication

Pinterest authentication is performed through Pinterest's OAuth authorization process.

The application does not require the user to provide their Pinterest password directly to Crafty Cajun Studios Command Center. Pinterest may provide the application with:

  • An access token.
  • A refresh token.
  • Account authorization information.

These credentials are used only to communicate with Pinterest on behalf of the authorized account and within the permissions granted by the user.

Authentication tokens are not sold or used for advertising purposes.

7. Sharing of Information

Crafty Cajun Studios does not sell personal information or Pinterest data.

Information may be transmitted to third-party services only when necessary to provide a feature the user has chosen to use. These services may include:

  • Pinterest.
  • Etsy.
  • Configured artificial intelligence providers.
  • Google services used for font-related functionality.
  • Email providers used for optional notifications.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy, terms, and data-processing practices.

We do not provide Pinterest data to data brokers, advertising networks, or unrelated third parties.

8. Pinterest Data

Information obtained from Pinterest is used only for functionality related to the authorized Pinterest account. Pinterest data may be used to:

  • Display boards.
  • Select publishing destinations.
  • Create Pins.
  • Track Pins created through the application.
  • Display Pin performance.
  • Maintain local publishing records.

Pinterest information is not used to create independent consumer profiles.

Pinterest information is not sold.

Pinterest information is not used for unrelated advertising.

Access to Pinterest information is limited to the account and permissions authorized by the user.

9. Data Retention

Application data may remain stored locally until:

  • The user deletes it.
  • A campaign or record is removed.
  • The application is uninstalled and its local data is removed.
  • A backup containing the information is deleted.
  • The data is otherwise no longer required for the application's functionality.

Published Pinterest Pins may continue to exist on Pinterest even if their corresponding local Command Center records are deleted.

Deleting a record from Command Center does not automatically delete a Pin from Pinterest unless the application specifically provides and performs a Pinterest deletion operation.

Pinterest retains information according to Pinterest's own policies.

10. Disconnecting Pinterest

The user may disconnect or revoke the application's access to Pinterest.

Revoking access prevents the application from making future authorized Pinterest API requests using that connection.

The user may also manage authorized applications through Pinterest's account settings where available. Disconnecting Pinterest does not necessarily delete:

  • Pins already published to Pinterest.
  • Locally stored publishing records.
  • Previously downloaded analytics.
  • Application backups.

Local records may be deleted separately where deletion functionality is available.

11. User Control

Users maintain control over content prepared and published through the application. Users may:

  • Review generated content.
  • Edit Pin text.
  • Change images.
  • Change designs.
  • Choose Pinterest boards.
  • Approve or reject Pins.
  • Reschedule Pins.
  • Cancel unpublished Pins.
  • Delete local campaign records.
  • Disconnect Pinterest.
  • Disable automated preparation features.

Automatic product selection or draft generation does not constitute approval to publish that content.

12. Data Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect sensitive information handled by the application. These measures may include:

  • Encrypted credential storage.
  • OAuth-based authentication.
  • Local application storage.
  • Limited API permissions.
  • User approval before publication.
  • Separation between draft creation and publishing.
  • Validation of the connected Pinterest account before publishing.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect their Windows account, computer, backups, API credentials, and other authentication information.

13. API Credentials

API keys, application secrets, OAuth tokens, and similar credentials are used only for their intended integrations.

Users should not publicly disclose these credentials.

The application is designed to prevent sensitive credentials from being intentionally included in generated marketing content or Pinterest Pins.

14. Third-Party Services

The application may interact with third-party services. Those services may include:

Pinterest

Used for authentication, retrieving authorized account information, accessing boards and Pins, publishing approved Pins, and retrieving Pin performance information.

Etsy

Used for accessing shop and listing information and supporting ecommerce management workflows.

Artificial Intelligence Providers

Used for optional AI-assisted writing, image analysis, or related features when enabled.

Google Fonts or Google Services

Used for obtaining font information or font assets when enabled.

Email Providers

May be used to send optional application notifications when configured by the user.

The use of these services is governed by the respective provider's terms and privacy policies.

15. Children's Privacy

Crafty Cajun Studios Command Center is intended for business and ecommerce management purposes.

The application is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and Crafty Cajun Studios does not knowingly use the application to collect personal information from children.

16. International Users

Third-party services used by the application may process information in locations outside the user's state or country.

Any information transmitted to Pinterest, Etsy, AI providers, Google, or other configured services may be processed according to those providers' infrastructure and privacy policies.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when:

  • Application functionality changes.
  • New integrations are added.
  • Data practices change.
  • Legal or platform requirements change.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy will be revised when material changes are made.
